Finger nail in KFC
Jan 18, 2010 at 06:39 AM

A KFC restaurant at Penrith has been fined after an acrylic finger nail was found in food.

The NSW Food Authority has fined the Mulgoa Road restaurant $1,100 for selling a package of hot chips containing the finger nail.

The penalty notice was served on the restaurant in November last year.

Meanwhile, KFC at St Clair has been fined $660.00 for failing to maintain the food premises to the required standard of cleanliness.
